We meet on site to discuss your project, understand your vision and assess the scope of your work, timeframe and finishes.

2. WE CREATE A PROJECT PLAN AND QUOTATION FOR YOU

From here we put together a customised plan that we walk you through, explaining the process step-by-step. We understand the importance of a budget so we provide a quotation from the start.

3. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING

If you choose to proceed we put together a detailed scope of work listing all inclusions and exclusions for the project. It's important we are all on the same page, being clear and transparent on the outcomes. This is a reference document for you to hold throughout the project.

4. OUR COMMITMENT

We provide you with a contract outlining all costs and the project completion date. We understand that timeframes and budgets are as important as achieving your vision.

5. KEEPING THE PROJECT ON TRACK

We believe communicating with you is key and we will schedule regular on site meetings to explain each step of the process.

6. CUSTOM BUILDING OFFERS FLEXIBILITY

We are a custom builder offering a personalised service, which means we offer you flexibility. We use the scope of work as a base however this can be altered by you along the way.

7. PROGRESSIVE PAYMENTS

Payments are made in stages throughout the project giving you peace of mind, ensuring we deliver to your expectations and the project is completed to the highest standard.

8. PROJECT COMPLETION

On completion, we hand over a clean space for you to enjoy. The end picture is as important to us as it is to you. We want a long-term relationship with you - we don’t advertise but do rely on word-of-mouth so it’s important we leave you with a lasting impression.
